I love this game so much especially the characters that were designed however there is an error some characters randomly disappear and don’t come back unless I restart the game

Great game
Okay so I LOVE my city. As a 12 year old I still find it really entertaining to play and use (can keep me entertained for hours on end) it’s just that 4 of my characters disappeared and are nowhere to be found. Can I get them back or are they done forever?
