Awful app, crypto has “disappeared”
My account had been wiped clean of its crypto, all money lost. Do not download!

Rug pull guarda wallet is not safe for holding crypto
App is very useless i have crypto in the app that it will not allow me to exchange or send , there holding my crypto hostage and i been waiting days for the exchange to broadcast but it never does i re attempt every day many times of the day and its been now over 7 days it has not let me use the crypto i already own, also this all is so terrible im thinking it would be easier to delete the app with $450 dollars worth of crypto on it and just burn it because thats easier than to deal with them trying to get my money back when there so greedy they wont give me a cent back copy rights are out of date

Laggy and high comission
Very slow, takes 20-30 minutes to make a single action. I transferred 67$ from BTC to Tron and got 46$, which is 30% commission for single exchange. Wild

Have contacted support constantly for months as my app shows $0.00 in my app only told trying to rectify and to go to website.. still 6months it is not rectified so disappointed at the lack of support

Please be cautious when considering storing your cryptocurrency in this wallet, as there have been issues reported by users who have encountered difficulties with withdrawals and exchanges. For example, I have experienced challenges with accessing my funds and encountering errors when attempting to utilize the help links within the app settings. Despite having a substantial balance in a particular coin, the balance displayed is inaccurate, the app is preventing me from withdrawing my funds.

Good, yet unreliable
The straightforwardness of the app is great. It doesn't have lots of features, it's just a decwnt wallet, and there is a lot to like about that when many other wallets try to do so much more than just being a wallet
It's not reliable though. For me, the balance shown in USD (Or any fiat currency you choose) mostly just sits at $0. I had a brief moment where the balance would actual show the value of my holdings, but most of the time, it's just broken. It will, however, still display your amount of whatever coin you have, just not the Fiat value of it.
I suppose the UI is not particularly great overall either. I can't hide all the different coins I have no interest in and just show the ones I actively use. Although I should mention that it supports a lot of coins and that's nice.
If you could just hide/show different coins in the UI, and the Fiat value actually functioned, this would be an easy 5-star

Used to love this app
Used to love this app, new UI is extremely glitchy and does not work properly will not let me add a wallet or even view my existing ones. After updating the app I was forced to load through my backup text however when I did it lost my bitcoin wallet it still shows my transaction history but it does not show my current balance and will not let me access it. Very disappointed in this app I used to recommend and use daily.

SCAM ALERT! Staking service is a fraud.
I staked some ATOM over two years ago and still cannot collect my rewards or unstake my tokens. The mobile app claims “temporary” issues with staking and instructs you to use the web app, which also doesn’t work, so my tokens and rewards are trapped forever and the developer won’t fix it. No bug takes more than two years to fix, the issue is not “temporary”, the staking is either permanently broken or it is an intentional scam. DO NOT USE THIS APP! You’ve been warned. I hope Apple will remove this permanently bugged app from the App Store, and if you’ve also been scammed by these frauds please join me in reporting to Apple, hopefully we can get it removed.
