Nájdite si voľný bicykel BikeKIA so smartfónom, nasadnite a pedálujte po meste. Stačí si stiahnuť zdarma aplikáciu BikeKIA, ktorá vám ukáže dostupné bicykle a stanice bicyklov v meste a to v reálnom čase. Všetko máte tu na jednom mieste: spravujete svoj účet, dávate spätnú väzbu a kontaktujete zákaznícke centrum. Pre prenájom bicykla naskenujete QR-kód umiestnený na bicykli. Pre vrátenie bicykla na oficiálnom stanovišti stlačíte zámok umiestnený na zadnom kolese bicykla a tým ukončíte prenájom.
