Got a new WiFi box and now unable to pair with my I phone I get as far as the QR code it asked me to join their net work not my WiFi And I just get no further Any advice ??? Review updated After trying multiple times Out of desperation I rang EE as no help from Fermax over the weekend on Saturday. An amazing patient guide helped me . It took us 30 minutes for him to find the right answer on Google and then to figure out how to change the WiFi code on the Blue App. At least he knew the right questions to ask Google as I and my neighbour apparently did not . He had also googled how to set up the new WiFi. For any one else having this issue this is what you have to do In the App on the phone you have to go to settings , then delete House it’s the last option on my app, then the app lets you add the new wifi . This step is not in my original set up guide. Once I did this it connects after about 2 minutes. Please Fermax it’s time to give us instructions that are clear and easy for normal people who are not dealing with technical issues every day.
