new features: - added "contractor website". A user will be re-directed to their profile on the website where they can view orders completed and settled and other inspection or maintenance information. - "send message to dispatch" was merged in with the "message" option. The new screen has tabs for "Outgoing" and "Incoming" messages. - enabled a bluetooth scanner paired in HID mode to be able to scan from "Open Orders" in the search box and from Order Details in the Manual Scan field. - allows user to tap on the entire address line on an order to launch the map, instead of just on the map icon - new feature where the user can change the sort order to "Sort Number (change order)" and they are able to drag and drop stops to any order. - new orders will automatically show up if the user is already in "Open Orders". And removed orders will show up with a "Removed" label and the user will not be able to do any further status changes on it. fixes: - fixed not being able to take an attach a bol/cod photo to an order - fixed a problem with orders appearing to revert to an earlier status until a manual refresh was performed. - fixed a problem when selecting "At Destination" that it was resetting the waiting time, if the user hit back. - fixed issue where user was not able to enter Notes to explain the waiting time, if the waiting time was over 20 minutes. - fixed an issue with the runbidder that was resetting the selected vehicle type upon a refresh
