Declining trash service
Waste management used to pick up the trash and if you had a little overflow outside the trash bin. Now they only take what’s in the bin, they don’t return the bin to your garage like they used to and was in the service agreement when I signed up. Oh and the prices keep going up. There was an understandable fuel charge when fuel was higher in the summer of 23. When the price of fuel dropped the extra charge did not. This company is doing less and charging more! If you have the option to choose another, I suggest you do.Show lessBxt1342

I started service but had no can for 3 weeks and they were charging me whether my trash was bagged & taken to curb or not
They did not care if critters or animals tore it up just refused to start charging me once a can arrived.
My trash has been missed every week except one in the last 4 weeks
I sent in a report a problem and no response. Been a month since I sent the message.
Only one customer service person has been kind and helpful.
The others plain rude
Benitez I even got my can delivered the other day I requested a full refund and was told no they have a can delivery fee and account set up fee
Well I type in my address and still shows I’m not in system and haves me error
I wish I had nit chosen waste connections but I did only because of an employee saying how great a company you are…. After the fact it was told to me well they treat their employees good! Never mind the customers who pay for the lucerirs and trips you give your employees w my m/our moneyShow lesssoCalTnGal

I’m always questioning whether something should go into the garbage or the recycling bin in order to make our environment better for my grandchildren. The search engine imbedded in this app makes it easy for me to look up each item in order to do my part in making sure I am being accurate and not putting recycling items into the waste pile.Show lesspamrth
