Poor Website and Management
The website does not work to pay my account/rent. It is down for whatever reasons. Management at Chestnut Court in St.Thomas does not care if it’s not working. They want a cheque or bank draft. I find it unprofessional. As well I can’t get hold of head office in Toronto, you need someone’s extension to get through and they do not have a directory. very easy to use and convenient. only issue is that my rent autopay has never worked despite the app confirming successful setup, but i just set a reminder and it takes 5 seconds to pay rent so it's not too much of a bother.tenderlesbian
