Great! But could use a couple upgrades
BIGGEST frustration is the trashcan next to the planning of the entire day. You barely touch it and ALL your blocks/setup/foods eaten for the day are GONE!!! It should have the option to either turn it on/off or have a “are you sure” sort of thing. I don’t know how many times I’ve gone to edit my meals and accidentally hit the trash can and lost all my days meals. It’s naturally where my thumb sits so I also accidentally erase the entire day.

Just plug in your weight and goal and it calculates the bracket for you.
Each day just choose your workout time and it will schedule your containers for you. So easy! The reminders are my favorite part :)
Question: When you choose to disable “Supplements”, shouldn’t the post workout meal combine the purple/red/green/yellow/tsp into one meal that is consumed within 1 hr post workout?
As of right now, my app sets up a post workout snack as a “purple” consumed within 30 min post workout. And then “red/yellow/green/tsp” consumed 2.5 hrs post workout.
Can this be changed? That way it reflects the true timed nutrition for Non Supplements? Then it would be perfect!

Hi there! You can change your Sleep and Wake Up times by going into settings (gear icon), tap Times, then change or add different Wake Up or Sleep times for different days. I hope this helps. Please feel free to send us an email info@smashola.com if you require further assistance.

80 day obsession! Gives you everything you need to do the program right! Love how you can keep track of your weights and bands used for each workout and then look at the history! Also love how you can click on the time of day you are working out and it adjust the meal times for you! Awesome app all around! The more I use it, the more I love it!
