Locked Pictures
I am a subscriber and today I am locked out of certain pictures on my Apple. I have this app on both my Sansung Tablet and Apple IPad. I can access all on my Sansung but not on my Apple. On my APPLE I have to watch a video to select certain pictures. I have tried to Restore Purchase with no luck. This has happened to me several times where I have to contact this app to get problem corrected. I am disappointed that this keeps happening. I love this app, one on the best ones to select from, but I get frustrated when I can’t get into my purchase. I would definitely recommend this app if this didn’t keep occurring, but as of right now I wouldn’t recommend it at all.Show lessCZAR ISABELLA

Great app
I’ve done this twice now as I lost all my work and I was so upset. But because I love it so much I didn’t mind doing it again. I’m disabled and now a widow and this keeps me sane. It takes my mind off of the constant pain I’m in. It keeps my mind occupied and I’m less stressed out. I just wish that when I go to my iPhone I can continue with my pictures but it’s all different so I have to do the pictures again on that iPhone but I don’t mind.Show lessjuals
Love this game but…
I love this game and I have spent a lot of money in it. In the recent upgrade issues were not fixed. I have not gotten my last seven free pictures and I bought one and never was able to access it? Please help.AmUrman

Im also having the same problem as others and now iv got app to open I don’t get any new pictures or anything in my surprise boxes. So im left just trying to get it open on my tablet there r know new updates but as there is no other way to contact you thought this the best way as it’s my favorite appShow lessmam.7860

Since the recent app update this hasn’t worked. I just get a blank black screen whenever I try to use app. I love this app so I hope it gets fixed soon.Boonefarm78
Videos not loading . . . Again!
Videos were not loading and I was told to update the app. I keep all my apps updated. I deleted and reinstalled the app - losing all I had completed already but the videos started working until a few days ago. Videos aren’t loading . . . again!!! very frustrating. The app is up to date. I guess I will have to once again delete and reinstall - again, very frustrating.Show lessTKC!

I love this app but the pictures where you play the videos aren’t working. All it shows when I pick one is 3 wavy dots. No words to play videos. It worked for a little bit at first but then it just stopped. Can you fix it please? Thank youblue eyed nana
