I was told when I signed up that I would be getting notice for a free room and a promo credit for play. I have not received anything.

A Bit Buggy
When the app is working properly, it works well. However, it often loses my login and when I try to log back in, it never seems to be able to find my account. I usually wait a few hours and reopen the app, when it suddenly knows my login without me having to re-enter it.Social Dropout

Never Works Right
This app has gotten progressively worse since it was created. Half the time it won’t recognize my email address so I can’t login into my account. When it does let me login my point/comp dollar totals and casino hosts info won’t load making the app useless. Can’t just order a Coke/Pepsi on the app it’s only for alcohol. With the ridiculously tight slot machines and all the table minimums being jacked up by 2-3 times more then usual you would think that you could at least get a soda or a bottle of water. Tbh the app and Casino have gotten progressively worse over the last 18 months.Show lessMatty6944
