Good but cons
It's a good app, yes. But the fact that you're telling us that being able to use other sliding features is free for now until the future is not very good design. Also, do we REALLY need an in app payment to go back to the previous photo? Is that really necessary?ClonaClox9999

I really like this app and appreciate the work that’s gone into developing it. It’s easy to use and being able to shuffle albums into slideshows on the fly is super nice. The UI is easy to use and navigate. The one feature I would love in the app would be to have a pan and zoom (Ken Burns) effect/transition for the slideshow function. Like using the app but have a few pics in an album that are displaying the wrong dates. Any idea how to get the right dates to display?Bluejean238

Thanks for the feedback! Basically, in this app, if a photo doesn't have a shooting date, the date it was saved to the device will be the shooting date! If you want to modify the shooting date, you can do so from the default Photos app on your iPhone or iPad. You can do this by displaying the photo you want to fix and pushing the ℹ︎info button at the bottom -> adjust. This method is probably possible on iOS 15 or later. If you see a date other than the actual day you took the photo or put it in the device, please give us feedback again. Thank you.IS PRETTY GREAT BUT….
It works perfectly just as described but i would love if videos could work on it too. it could just play the video once then move on to the next slide. plzzz make this available then i’ll give 5 stars! 🤩whyyy121212689

Update 2.1.6 was published 2021-06-30. Some bugs include:
• The “1Tap control bar” is even buggier that before. Before it would only occasionally get “stuck” with the action name showing. Now the action names show 100% of the time. This really defeats the purpose of having the control bar hidden. The only one that ever goes away is “Next” after you click on it. “Pause” and “Share” are visible even after clicking them once, and, of course, “Quit” quits the whole slideshow, so you can’t tap it at all.
• An ongoing issue is that the font used on the action names is ridiculously large, as are the invisible buttons themselves. In the last version, “Resume” got turned into “Re…me”, although this is technically fixed in this version because “Pause” no longer becomes “Resume”, which is honestly fine since the words aren’t supposed to be visible most of the time ANYWAY. But the point remains that the hitboxes (and font used therein) of the hot corners is overly large and takes up WAY too much of the screen. When I’m trying to zoom in, I end up nicking one of the buttons by mistake about half of the time, which is almost always extremely frustrating due to the lack of a “back” button, even in non-shuffled mode.
• This isn’t a bug, but: The button layout of the 1Tap menu is quite strange. Why not have “Quit” in the upper left, “Pause” in the lower left, “Next” in the lower right, and “Share” in the upper right, instead of the current layout where 3 buttons are just smashed into the bottom? That made sense when there were ONLY 3 buttons, but just feels weird with 4. Although I’d really like a “Back” button in case I accidentally press one of the overly large buttons. So how about “Quit” and “Share” up top, with “Back”, “Pause”, and “Next” along the bottom?
• The top center of each album view is filled with Japanese. I’m assuming it’s the name of the album in Japanese (“Camera Roll”, “Favorites”, etc) or something, since it’s different characters in each album. But I don’t speak Japanese, so I can’t confirm.
Honestly, I wish I could revert back to the previous version. The only reason I’m giving this two stars is because the app still TECHNICALLY works, and does what it’s supposed to… it’s just that the buggy 1Tap menu means that my photo frame now permanently has those words on it, unless I use the other mode that has the more traditional hideable button bars, but those get in the way when I’m manually flipping through pictures in the slideshow real quick. So I can’t have the “best of both worlds” any more and have to pick “do I want this to look good when sitting there?” or “do I want this to be able to see the whole photo when flipping through them?”. Honestly, swipe controls might be better to control “Next” and “Back”. (But be sure not to make it so sensitive that trying to zoom in and pan the photo triggers it!)
I get that you’re probably a one-person show, and I’m sure the iPhone is as much of a pain as anything to develop for, if not worse. But I code some myself, so… I could probably help out if you want. lolShow lessBurnt Avocado Toast

Thank you for using the app. I'm sorry about the bug that should have been displayed in English, but was in Japanese. If you hadn't reported it, I wouldn't have known about it. Thank you. As for the 1Tap control bar, it does overlap with the zoom gesture when the UI size is too large. I'll try to adapt some kind of improvement. As for the bug that the 1Tap control bar keeps showing up, I haven't been able to confirm it on my debugging device. Maybe it's about the UI showing the tapped button for a moment when you tap it, if that's the case, that's the specification.. It is quite difficult to balance the zoom function and the 1Tap button. It's easier to zoom by pinching out with your finger where there is no button on the screen, so try that. I'd like to consider the layout of the 1Tap bar as well. Absolutely love all the features that are being put in. I used to use a lg tablet with an app called gallery365 and it gave an option to shuffle all photos gifs and even videos. I don't know how hard it would be but it would amazing to have video features that let the whole video play and then shuffle to gifs and pictures at normal times intervals put from settings. My whole media life would be Complete if given that feature. Either way, I absolutely love this app.Show lesscometfox94

This is exactly what i was looking for an app that brings back the option of shuffling photos from my camera roll in a display if you have a lot of pictures on your camera roll you must get this app i highly recommend it.X manx
Great photo shuffle
iPhone used to shuffle photos in its slideshow but at some point stopped. This is a great alternative. It’s simple and does what I want. The only thing I wish it had was a repeat function so I don’t have to restart slideshows. Would recommend.

This app does exactly what I wanted it to. It randomly shuffles the photos on my iPad in a slideshow. You can choose which album you want it to take the photos from. Shockingly the iPad doesn’t allow you to shuffle the photos, hence this app is very much appreciated. Simple yet effective.Paul Dawson
