1. Implemented a validation on the Job Status screen (Job Manager) that will prohibit MSP Users to assign Worker to two different Jobs for same Location, Date, and Time. 2. The Assign Worker pop-up on the Job Status screen will now only show APVP approved Worker(s). 3. Added a new feature to alert MSP user whether VMS Worker’s Mobile device GPS location is on or off when he/she starts driving to the Jobsite location by tapping the En-Route button. 4. Added a new feature that will enable worker (VMS) to On/Off GPS Location when he/she taps the En-Route button and his/her GPS Location service is off. 5. Enabled early check-in feature that will allow MSP/FTE users to do check-in and start their day work before scheduled time. 6. Fixed an issue where users were getting checked out automatically after 12 AM midnight. 7. Fixed and issue where users were unable to checkin on their schedule time.

1. Added the ‘Date Created’ filter to the list of existing Case Filters on the Service Manager (Dispatch FSE) Console and Case Messaging Console screens. 2. Added a new field ‘Customer Appointment Approval’ for the MSP Users to approve or reject the newly set worker’s appointment when worker’s appointment will be different from Customer Requested date and time. 3. The Add Worker Appointment will have an option to enter Reason for Deviation to change worker’s appointment start and end date & time. 4. Job Instruction screen will now display job-specific instructions. 5. The Calendar and Case Messaging Console screens will now have Menu (three horizontal bars) icon instead of Back button.

New Features/Enhancements: 1. Case Messaging: Implemented a new 'Summary' screen for the Case Messaging Console. Users will now be navigated to the new Summary screen when they visit the Case Messaging Console however they will also have an option to switch to the Details tab. 2. The Message and Calendar menu tile icons will now display count of the unread messages and today's job(s). The count will get reset to zero once users tap the Message and Calendar tile icons or Bookmark icon.

Enroute to Jobsite: Workers will now have an option on the Enroute To Jobsite screen to chat with one or multiple users when they are en-route to the Jobsite locations. 2.
