  • Game level blanked out again, again, again

    So frustrating. Great game, but so freaking glitchy except when you are spending money of course. Can’t contact support in the game bc it won’t do anything except let me see the team competition I’m in but can’t help my team. I got 4 hours of unlimited time to play the competition and spent money preparing for the competitions, and game has glitched like it always does and I can’t do anything with it.

  • Game prices for tasks

    Why do you have to have loads of stars to complete a task then you have to have more stars to fix things that you have already done and when are you adding more levels been waiting weeks now how much longer have we got to wait for more
    Still waiting what is going on I have decided to delete this game as you are useless at fixing problems

  • The best game ever

    I finally found a game that I really like everything about, except that it crashes CONSTANTLY!! Very frustrating. Please fix this game because other than THE CONSTANT CRASHING, this game rules! The story is super interesting, the game is better than any other. The rewards are fair, there's competitions, super interesting story line, and a personal preference for me; the arrows change direction, giving the player a fighting chance to clear levels unlike Toon Blast which I hate with a passion. Love this game... but the crashing is a major drag:(
    Other than.. did I mention the constant crashing? I'd give this five stars.

  • No new levels in months

    I’m at 272 or whatever it is and updates have added nothing. Just a constant message that there will be more levels soon. Getting way over the wait here

  • Mise à jour?

    J’adore votre jeu! Les graphiques sont vraiment beaux et les pièces sont superbes à décorer, mais lors de la dernière mise à jour que j’ai fait, il n’y a plus de taches à accomplir?! Est-ce que c’est normal? Merci

  • Froze up

    I was really enjoying this game today until it suddenly froze up. I had 2 hrs 3 minutes of free time plus a lot of boosters which were for a specified period of time. It said no internet connection. II rebooted and that didn’t work. All and it is now 3 hours later and has not yet freed itself up. I have been on a lot of other sites and they are all working. Very disappointing.

  • Won’t sync

    I mostly play on my iPad but want the ability to play on my phone sometimes. The game WILL NOT sync between the 2 devices. I’m on level 487 on my iPad and 156 on my phone. I’ve tried everything I can think of but nothing helps.

    Edit: I already have a WhaleApp ID and have done what the developer suggested. The game progress still isn’t syncing.

    Edit #2. I finally got it sorted out! I don’t know what I did differently but it is now syncing across devices!

    Dear player! The progress saved on two devices is not automatically synced. Therefore, to have both devices with up-to-date progress, you need to reconnect your Facebook account (in Settings, click “Disconnect Facebook” and then reconnect it again), each time choosing the relevant progress.
  • I wouldn’t recommend this game levels r very hard

    The levels are really really hard. You cannot progress without spending money. And the background music is awful. I want to decorate but no keys because you cannot progress through to the levels .

All our levels are tested numerous times by our testers and it is normal for some levels to take more time and effort! But if you think a level has a problem or is extraordinarily hard, please let us know via the Support button in the Settings menu.
  • Ads

    I’m okay with watching ads to help the game progress. But when you can’t get back into the game after watching an ad without downloading an app then that’s enough for me. Been playing this game for ages. Have completed all the available levels. But no more.

    Suggest you leave this game alone.
