Best game ever
Such a pleasure to find a game that allows success! I have purchased coins just to support this game because they are not so far forcing you to buy to get past levels. I will continue to support this games as long as it stays workable. It is challenging but you can enjoy it.<0+
Love it but crashes and glitches
I absolutely loved this game you must be thinking why I said loved then love well that’s because I had this game then i deleted it because it keeps on crashing and listen to me DO NOT get this game it keeps crashing and going to the home screen and it gets really annoying I was playing this on my mini iPad and if you are playing on that it will definitely crash I do not recommend this ☹️☹️☹️😡😡😡Show lessBreziestjmars

Coloured items can be removed via same colour fan. Also combine fan with rocket only to clear items quickly. But fan only cleared blocks doesn't affect blasting items unlike other versions which do affect them.Ipad64g

All of these type of games are the same; you need to spend money or play the same level over and over. After being bored for 2 months by corona, it would be nice to play where the app genies aren’t quite so mercenary! Ease the levels, have things keys unlock cost less; anything rather than playing the same round 10 times in a row!
I’m now reaching my point of ‘no more money’, and will soon delete the game. It’s cute, but not THAT cute!Show lessKayleebirdy

This is a well designed and enjoyable game that would have earned 5 stars from me, except for the fact that you have nowhere to turn to when particular buttons don’t in the game don’t work. Starting with the Support green button in Settings!
Fix it please! Along with the “Claim All” blue button showing up when opening the safe which comes up with the lame and false excuse: “Unable to connect, please check your internet connection and try again”.
There’s nothing wrong with the internet connection but rather with the game.Show lessCroakyRook

This game is really fun and addictive. I play it everyday. What l found funny about it is when Kenny Moore spills his coffee on his brand new carpets. I can’t wait till l get to mastermind. I think at the end loads of customers will come to your hotel and pay you so you can get loads of money. I like the puzzles because they are not too tricky and not too easy. I recently downloaded this game it is very good but can be expensive. Equally one thing I just paid for has t actually delivered the coins which is confusing as it wasn’t cheap (£9.99) and not sure where to find out about it either but no other issues at all with gameMicheuk47

We are ready to propose the best in-game offers, but none of them are forcing you to make the purchases and they don't interrupt your game process. i like the type of games ware you play a word game or a 🧩 to remodel and decorate why do you have a bad rating from me well the point of the play a puzzle decorate or play a word decorate is you get to choose so may be what can buy in the little game shop store people could buy other things like special boosters well what kind of special boosters you can buy same ones but more power and you still earn the less power boosters during levels and the hole of these games to have fun decorating and remodeling and yall do not have that because you get one choice and all so if you want to keep the buy coins then why don't you simply earn coins on the difrent levelsShow lessTeddy jean elventhe grader

Dear Teddy. Thank you for your detailed review. Our game actually has 3 options for decorations. Unfortunately, there is no reward in the form of coins for completing levels. You can get coins from the Wheel of Fortune, get rewards for stars from Star Safe and Treasure Suitcase, for finishing the game day. Hope you take care!Audrey
I am loving this version of the hotel so much better the other one where you had to find objects I would find my self getting angry at the game.
