  • Scam- seems to want your data

    I think most of these reviews are fake. I downloaded the app because I was gifted the bowl wanted to look at the feeding recommendations. While signing up, the app wanted to track my location, know my phone number, and name. It also wanted me to input my Wi-Fi password into the app??? There is absolutely no reason they need to be collecting that data. I deleted the app and will be reporting it.

  • False sense of security. App great until…

    you are away from home and then tracking stops working (which is when you need it most), and battery gets drained by the system trying to locate the tracker and connect to it (if away from wifi) going from the promise of 30 days to a couple max, giving you a dangerous false sense of security. Tried to feedback company and UK associates about need to improve product to no avail. Wonder if previous reviews all posted on same day and all short and vague and positive are genuine at thid point
