Can’t add cam remotely
I’ve seen reviews saying the same thing but I see no answer or support website. When I try and entering my WiFi configuration the cam restarts but nothing happens I can only connect locally but not remotelyLalo042087

This is awful. In fact it is so bad it makes me question the use of the App Store and the fact that apple even allows it. When I complained and asked for a refund, it was ignored.Redbug999

Can't add camera by IP address?
I have worked with camera apps before, but have not come across one that had no option to add an IP camera by its IP address. Kind of defeats the purpose of the app. If this gets fixed, I'll reevaluate.Amaris333
LAN Search does not work
