- Plant-based meals: Save water, reduce emissions, and boost your health. Log each day you eat plant-based, worth 2 sprouts.
- Car-free transit: Walk, bike, or take public transport. Help clean the air, reduce emissions, and enjoy some exercise, worth 3 sprouts.
