Game gets stuck
This game would be good, however it gets stuck and when you find a difference, it doesn’t highlight the difference right away. When you select a difference, a wheel appears over the difference and just spins and spins until it’s ready to stop. This has caused me to lose many games, because while the wheels are spinning for me, the opponents are advancing. Fix this and I will give 5 stars.Show lessPrisRosc
Absolutely the worst customer service!
I was obsessed with this game! One of the best! Until I updated the new version on May 23 and lost my profile and all my accomplishments. It was supposed to be backed up by Facebook, but it’s not working. I spent quite some money on this game and was already on level 200. I emailed their customer service several times and the lack of response was extremely disappointing! Not a word from them other than asking me for my account id one time. Then after no more responses I emailed them again a couple more times last week and still no answer! Unacceptable customer service/support.Show lessharffie
12 minutes.
I don’t like, well I strongly don’t like the fact that you have to wait 12 minutes if you lose a round! That’s a little ridiculous. You should have a set amount of lives and you lose them as you go.. I like the game so far, but the fact that you have to wait 12 minutes to play again. It’s really annoying...
ALSO, the game gets really hard really quick. The first 3 rounds were so easy and the 4th was like a level 100.. there needs to be a happy medium. I knew I was playing against the AI in the first couple rounds. It was far too easy.Show less#pissed_off...!
Why don’t you get advertisers
I play this game mostly without lightbulb help. I win some and lose some. REALLY disappointed when I couldn’t play anymore because I didn’t have coins to pay 60 coin “ransom” in order to move on. I don’t mind watching ads in order to get coins to play but I don’t like having to pay a minimum of $5.00 to get enough coins to play on. How many times and how often is this going to happen. First time this has ever happened to me on any game on the App Store. I’ll find something else to do.Show lessTikeladee
Woulda been a 5 Star But....
This game is a lot of fun and I love the competition aspect. 3 HUGE downfalls that pushed this game from the 5 Star it can be to the 4 star it is:
1. Put a cap on the number of Light Bulbs that one person can use in a round. So unfun to be winning and lose only because another player uses 5 light bulbs in 10 seconds. That alone has made me want to look for other games.
2. A 12 min wait every time you lose? C”mom guys! That’s really bad. 12 minutes?? 12?! Should update it to give people lives. 3 or 5 before making us wait. I get that it’s there to get people to purchase light bulbs, but I’d rather play another game during the wait and the, if I do remember to come back, I’ll play my 1 round (more if you win) and then wait. If anything, I’d rather have multiple lives then purchase light bulbs to use 1 or 2 for the difficult pictures.
3. The pictures get difficult pretty quick. I understand it’s a progression, but it goes from in your face easy to difficult within a few levels. Could ease into it a bit more.
Other than that, this game is a lot of fun and I would recommend to anyone (willing to put a few dollars in)......Show lessBnickwes

Though this game is very enjoyable to me. I feel like I’m being ripped off! I have bought coins a few times and 2 times my purchases never show up in my coin bank! $4.99 & $9.99 I don’t want a refund I just want my coins to show up in my coin bank as purchased. I tried to contact directly through the game and doesn’t seem to show an applicable button to do so! Again that’s 430 coins that has yet to his my account! Who can I email or talk to in regards to this matter?
Also, when we lose a round it would be nice to show what we missed! Also either shorten the 12 minute wait time or give us 5 lives like other game apps!Show lessTiffany LV8426
Fun but annoying
I love playing this game a lot and it’s a fun way to pass time. Waiting after I lose a round doesn’t bother me that much. What DOES bother me is if you want to buy hints it’s .99 just for 2 which i think is a little expensive but there is also a lot of opportunity to earn coins in the game. It might just be my phone, but sometimes mine freezes to the point i have to exit the game. I was just on a last round in the game and after i found the last difference my phone was buffering and it never counted it.Show lessJdhdbebdjdiebhdh
Why can’t I continue to play?
Ok. So I love the game itself. However. You barely make any coins even if you’re number one in a “tournament.” So if you fail one time...you either have to pay real money to continue? Or you wait. Hints? Cost real money as well. This isn’t a game for someone who can’t afford to invest in a game...graphics and such are great. But you best be perfect or you only get one match/tournament at a time. I prefer my other seek and find game that lets you get a hint with an ad after the round. Or, if you do lose, you have extra lives. If you spend all five, you wait or pay. At least there are options.Show lessJustangies
