Sim Empire
I’ve tried 3 different games, just learning the best setup, and find it interesting. One major problem is that some slime bucket has decided to spend their time conquering the tree properties and hiking the prices so that wood is not affordable. It's a game people, with plenty of challenges, not a monopoly for one spoiler with delusions of godhood, so i ask the game builders to fix this problem. Monopolies in the real world are chargeable as crimes. I would be happy if the game creator put in a trap that simply stopped a gamester from having more than one wood lot, or better yet, simply ad a component that allows players to build tree lots like they do grain fields, as an update that will end that monopoly nonsense. We are all limited by population, that limits food, wood and other supplies. Let’s deal with the “Tree Monopoly” guy and get back to playing the game! (I miss Sim City, but this one is an acceptable sub…so far, except for the Wood Guy. Please, fix this!)

Hasn’t improved since I played it a year ago. You’ll die of boredom waiting for any progress
Game breaking issue makes this game incredibly frustrating.
Game itself isn’t that bad, fairly straight forward city builder. Visually very nice.
However, countless times I’ve encountered a major problem in this game that straight up has made me uninstall. The game will randomly reset progress back to certain points. Sometimes it’s not too bad, however today I’ve had this displeasure of loosing 2 days worth of in game progress for no discernible reason and for that reason I’m done with this game.
Don’t waste your time playing this until this stupid bug is fixed.

BEWARE - it steals your clipboard data
I like the game play quite a bit. I don’t like how it automatically grabs whatever is on your clipboard every time there is something there that you’ve copied from another app. If you are someone who copies and pastes passwords, credit card numbers, or other private information from app to app, you should always remember to clear your clipboard (copy a space or something) before opening this app. Unfortunately, Apple allows any app access to your clipboard data without you having to grant permission to it (you can’t block it from being available to all apps). In the newer OS, it shows a quick banner that tells you when an app pastes from your clipboard. Try copying something from Safari and then open this app; an Apple banner will show briefly at the top of the screen telling you the app has pasted from Safari. If you copy from another app, it will say it pasted from whatever that app is. This is not ok and was not declared in the privacy disclaimer.

Ruined by their greed
This is a very good and well put together game but they purposely limit the amount of resources, such as wood, you can gather. It isn’t an issue at first but after you play for a week or two it makes the game very frustrating. It’s all geared up to squeeze money out of the players. I’ve enjoyed playing but had enough now.

Don’t Bother
Take the epic Sierra game of Pharaoh, then ruin it. That’s what this is, it’s designed to frustrate you so you buy gems to speed the game up to make it playable. Five minutes playing then a few hours of waiting - it’s a cash-grab.

I have sent three emails to the developers and no reply. Was really enjoying the game until level 13. Can’t get anymore people as it says I have no room. I have lots of spaces. So I won’t even give it more than 1 star. Would avoid. Find another game.
Great game but some problems
The first thing is.. not historically accurate,like I completely dislike the Persia’s building designs it’s like arabia even though Persia was a Zoroastrian territory those days and please add more civilizations cuz most of the territories and cities will look the same

It’s not a bad game, starts to get a bit samey after a while, will be leaving soon.
A great game, give it a chance but glitches
Its actually quite a fun game once you learn the tricks. You have to give your residents what they ask for to be able to add new residents. I loved this game until all of a sudden I lost my game. Made the mistaking of linking facebook, now I just get an error when I try to load. Was on level 27 so thats a lot to start over....
