  • Mixed feelings!!!

I was disappointed!! The first waitress we had was young , and inexperienced. We had a bday party with 11 adults and waited near 40 minutes after 4 of our tables drinks were empty before she returned. She did ask if she could get anything and we began telling her. After the second drink we explained, a royal flush, she quickly walked away, without comment, to a computer, (we assumed to look up the drink). We watcher her, she did not head back to us, to finish taking our drink order, but instead began clearing empty glasses off an empty table . We called her over, in attempt to get her to finish our order! She seemed upset and not very happy to be there! My two sisters placed their order. At this point I was upset that the waitress seemed to just not be experienced enough or care , that I declined to order from her! I spoke with the desk clerk, who was very nice, and asked for a different server, which she was able to provide . I thought that would solve the issue! I came back to the table to find that the bartender was at our table discussing the fact that the inexperienced waitress had went to her and said we were being mean and was crying. Now me being a former waitress for Many years , knows what it’s like when a client is mean!!! And I do not believe that we were in any way asking anything of this young lady that should of not been provided. She was not equipped to handle a party table of 11 people. She was overwhelmed and inexperienced. And to some extent I feel the managers should have planned this better as there was over 24 hours notice of This birthday party!! The lady at the desk was kind and did provide us with another waiter. He was kind , removed our plates and then at the end of removing our plates brought our tickets and asked us to cash out!! My plan at the beginning of all this was to stay, eat, drink, do some ax throwing, and play some games! And leave a fabulous tip for whatever wonderful person waited on us. Instead we basically were left high and dry by our first waitress, chewed out and shamed for supposedly making our waitress cry, by the bartender that came To Our table, and asked to cash out by our second waiter! I’ve never been treated this way in any establishment Ive ever been. I was so excited to go to this location and now I can’t imagine ever going back or ever recommending it to anyone. I’m a pretty easy going and reasonable person who has been working in service areas for many yearS and this was a really bad first experience! And we all know how bad first experiences go. You don’t often want to go back!! Very disappointed!!:(

  • Best Place in Town

Whether you want a great drink, excellent food or a fun time with an arcade, bowling, hatchet throwing, watching the biggest screens in town or chilling with some friends; this is by far the best place I’ve ever found. I have traveled near and far. The owners/staff are wonderful. I love this place.
