My game keeps getting stuck. Like I’m tapping on the burgers & they're not moving to the customers which is causing me to lose the game

The game was going along pretty smoothly until I reached level 27. The game is frozen and I’m frustrated!!!What! the What!
Trouble moving to next stage
It wouldn’t allow me to move to next restaurant I was going good thought I finally found a good game!! Had to delete the game to write this as the game did not allow anything to be pressed!!! The hand was pointing to the melted snow man to press on it!! But nothing was happening couldn’t even go into settings!!! Lost everything!!Show lesscynvrxh in jb
