Freezing Frustration
I’m so frustrated with this app. It could be great, however it keeps freezing on me over and over again. It’s not only freezing in the app but it takes a minute to exit the app because the entire phone FREEZES! I’ll wait to see if there’s any kind of update and re-evaluate it later. Not as good as I was hoping 🙁
I love the templates but I can’t even edit them. My gallery doesn’t load, and when it does load it isn’t in the same order as my gallery appears on my phone. So for example, I just downloaded an edited photo from the VSCO app and when I open my gallery on the Story App the picture doesn’t appear as the first photo in my gallery. I’m sure if I took the time to scroll through the gallery I could find the photo but I have over 16,000 photos so that would just ruin my day. It also doesn’t give you the option to search your albums you have saved in your phones photo gallery to further help that situation to work smoother. Currently my gallery isn’t even loading when opening the app so I can’t even use it. I’m connected to WiFi and have good connection so it’s not an iCloud downloading my photos issue because I’m able to use my photo gallery with other apps.Show lessfbidcgh
Love it but...
I wish I could add my logo or branded stickers within the app....severely limiting its usefulness. However, the design and current content is amazing quality. The music options are outstanding for the animated video content.Jdaup
Crashing
Keeps crashing and I don’t even get to finish my project so the drafts don’t even save. Could be a good app once it fixes the bugs.

Trouble With The Templates
I’ve edited a couple of templates and they do not retain the same lettering or formatting as they do with other apps. You can’t adjust or move the wording, I’ve had this weird faded overlap that doesn’t go away (was not featured on the template, so don’t know why is there). Was excited to pre-order but am completely disappointed.Show lessSarah Mariana
