App hard to access
It has a glitch. When I try to open the app it logs me out. It has become even harder now that each device needs to be authenticated. Very time consuming.
Needs work
It usually works, but often enough it does not work, usually not allowing a new assessment when one has already been sent out, but not completed.
Today, it said it required an update to work, but the App Store did not seem to offer an update, as the blue button next to Lucet only said “Open.” Thankfully after I emailed this to Lucet they got back to me quickly, saying you have to click on the app image to get to the “Update” button. Annoying, but it seems to work again.

All clients’ info is disappeared.
It wiped everything off, all gone, except my profile.
Waste
I only see one patient and when I try to search for my other patients, the app kicks me out. What’s the point of Having an app where we can’t even use, it waste of space and time.Now I have to go on my desktop.
Terrible Interface
This is an absolutely terrible app to use anywhere outside of desktop/laptop. It takes FOREVER to load after you do anything in the app, and it doesn't allow you to make appointment changes. Also, you get booted off randomly and sometimes need to redo the entire assessment once you log back in. Really needs to be improved!

This is a truly awful app that is excruciatingly painful to navigate. Worse yet, their customer service is literally nonexistent. As a Kaiser provider I have no choice but to use this time-consuming, counter-intuitive app that is so awful that I have stopped taking new Kaiser patients. If there was an award for “least user-friendly application” Tridiuum would surely receive it.

Problems with saving client info
I have a few clients and only one of them has the saved information from assessment. The rest of them, well, the little line keeps going around in circles and then I get an error little window. It’s been months and i cannot save information. And zero help from anyone.
Problematic: limited use.
The problem is that it only has calendar interface of the iPad and so creates a lot of confusion if you are trying to calendar availability from any other device. Ideally I would be able to make an appointment from my phone or Airbook and have it appear on my iPad’s T1 schedule. So basically the calendar on T1 is useless and you end up having to enter everywhere manually.

Unusable
Once downloaded new version is so slow it is unusable. This creates problems for my practice when it it required by the contracted insurance company for all clients.
