Doesn’t work
Downloaded the app, opened it up, it says ‘scan to go’, when you click it, nothing happens. I had my hopes up for this app and I’m extremely disappointed after spending $100 on two batteries that were supposedly compatible with this app. Won’t be buying this junk anymore

App needs serious work
Controlling the charger via the app is a great idea, but the app itself is flaky. It disconnects from the charger if you open another app and stay away for more than a minute or two.
Easy to use
Great App. I connected to my phone and was charging my batteries in under 2 minutes. Really like the custom charging options as well as the real-time battery charge percentage.
Work okay and has conveniences.
This app does the job of scanning a QR code or manually setting up a battery job, starting or stopping it, and giving you feedback on your phone. I like the features to save jobs and also create my own QR codes I can print and stick on the batteries.
I have also had issues with my phone disconnecting from the charger several times, and for a day or two, after several restarts from both, charger not found errors, I gave up on this being reliable. That has been happening on and off since I bought this charger a month ago with no explanation, and all while sitting 3 feet from the device. I’m hoping the company will get the message and fix those bugs.
One big thing the app is missing is ANY support or help articles to better understand the settings. Granted most are self-explanatory, there are a few that show up in the app and have no reference to them in the manual. Would like to see info buttons or a help page integrated to provide some better guidance for the settings and configurations.

Works okay, would like to see other features
I do like the dashboard display feature but bluetooth is limited in range. Also battery scan doesn’t work.

Works well, easy to set and store charging profiles but needs to be optimized to stay connected to Bluetooth while app is closed
