  • Great to start with but now I have issues

    This was a great app when I first got it, I’ve paid for it and now a few months down the line I’m having issues with my to do list not populating with where I need to deliver/collect books

    I did find the trail version a bit of a headache to set up but I’m now over that hurdle. I would whole heartily recommend this app for reps that are canvassing and also using it as a data base for customers as it connects with messenger and what’s app really easily for you to communicate with your customer. The communication I have had with the developer has been fantastic, customer service is second to none. Once you get your head around setting up rounds etc it’s great 👍👍

    You need to activate your trial first as mentioned in the welcome screen. It then allows you to add customers and orders for the duration of the trial period. Please, send me an email if you need assistance. I am happy to help.
  • Doesn’t work

    Was so excited as this concept is amazing!
    But I can’t even activate to buy or use at all.
    You can’t add people or anything I’m confused and saddened

    I don't think you ever tried to contact me to explain the problem you are experiencing. Please, allow me to help you before leaving a bad review. I have been helping others and made some adjustments to the app. It may have improved things for you as well. If there is anything not right with the app or something might be confusing I am happy to resolve the issue. You can contact me via the app.

    Since my last review and the app has had an update the app is so so much better. It really is very helpful. Thank you. Just one thing. When you go into customer and then click on a customer the app just closes down. I have reset app and phone but still does it. Also can you get the app to sync to multiple devices with same information. That would be wonderful it it could. Thanks again x

    Version 1.1 now has the option to set a round for a 3 weekly campaign as you requested. When you want an order to make as delivered, go to the Deliveries tab and select the To Deliver list, then slide the order you want to the left to reveal its option button to set is as delivered. It will then be listed under Delivered. You will also see that order listed as such under the Customer details. I hope this helps. Thanks for your input.   • Trial is poo!

    You can't do anything at all in the trial, completely pointless.
    Such a shame as I actually think it'll probably be great but not willing to pay £7.99 without trying it first

    As soon as you click on "go to activation" it kivks you out of the programme
