Very useful tool
Often, people expect plant ID apps to be spot on accurate each and every time, and that’s always going to be impossible.
Planted identifiers should be useful tools, combined with your knowledge and other research, to properly identify a plant. They get you in the “ballpark“.
With that in mind, this rose identifier is an excellent tool. We keep track of over 500 roses in our gardens and this app has proven to be invaluable. I highly recommend this tool to rosarians as a resource.
I think the app’s designers are doing a very good job with it and hope they continue to update it.
One nice feature I wish they would add, and I would pay additional for the app to get, would be if it had a herbarium feature. That way I can catalog all the roses in my garden.
A further nice feature would be if the herbarium could have a plot map or some way of identifying the location of each rose so we could identify it even in winter if we need to.

Doesn’t ID correctly
I thought it would be a neat app to have being I love roses and thought this would ID any mystery rose I found. I tried it on my roses and it was wrong every time. So I’ll be deleting this space waster.
