Unusable
This app is simply unusable. The text is often almost the same exact color as the background, trying to add a request brings me to a screen with someone else’s issue and doesn’t allow me to add a new one, and the app crashed 3 times with two of those times completely freezing my entire phone and requiring a hard reset.
This app is pure garbage. The city of Mobile got ripped off paying for this.Show lessrwalsh0975
Email Verification
Have tried 6 times to get the app to send me an email so that my address can be verified. No luck. The Village of Wilmette should look for a different 311 partner.Foxhound447
