£22 to go do a job that is over 45miles away!!! Yes, MILES! A whole other city. They try justify this using lots of guidance on how pay is calculated.. to try hide the fact that this is slavery and that they are exploiting young people and students who may need any penny they can get. They claim pay is according to Living Wage rate (£9.3). Tell me how long it takes to travel to Wednesbury from Birmingham. Then take into consideration how long it would take to do the job (this one is longer than usual). Then tell me how long it’d take to get back home? At least 3 hours and that is by car! Bus would take longer. That’s at least over £27.90. Now don’t forget you won’t be paid for any fuel or the price of your bus ticket. £22 would barely pay for your petrol. Pointless jobs, not worthy of uptaking.
