White Screen
Anyone have a solve for the issue that others have expressed? Every time I open the app I have to delete it and reload it as the screen is blank.
Noone I’ve spoken to at the JCC has a solution - you must not be connected to the internet is there answer.

I have to delete an reload app almost every time I want to use it.

I’m having a problem with the app. I can use it once or twice and then the screen goes white. I delete it and have to reinstall it.
