Once it did last update we can’t log into the app keeps saying error has occurred several of us have even changed our password's, deleted and reinstalled the app still with no results. Using the website to do work orders is way to time consuming due to we have yet to find a way to add time in on our equipment as a crew with the app we were able to just add Tim to our crew and it would add to all.

Worst system ever! Slow, have to update or upgrade what seems like weekly.

Brett, Sorry to hear you are facing this issue. We actually do not update apps or upgrade them weekly and we send prior notice for upgrades. If app seems slow, probably slow internet or data connectivity, then going offline is also an option. Please reach out to support@nexgenam.com so we can help investigate this for you.
