If the event is updated, you only need to share it again to effectively notify group members, which is very convenient and fast. - WhatsApp push notifications (coming soon) Since the event participants may not download the app, they cannot receive push notifications from the system. Therefore, the system will considerately notify group members of the progress of relevant activities individually through WhatsApp, so as to make participants participate in it, actively participate in the activity voting and follow the activity trend, and effectively promote the progress of the whole activity. 【Manage personal activities】 - Create/edit events Users can easily create events in five steps. The five steps include event name, location, time, date and participants, and each step can create multiple voting options, which is very flexible. After the event is created, the system will provide an online voting link. Before the self-set voting deadline, share the online voting link to the WhatsApp group, allowing participants to vote anonymously without downloading the GatherKing app . - Review activities Users can review past activity records anytime, anywhere, and record different wonderful moments in your life. 【Voting system】 - Online voting system Through GatherKing, you can easily share the polling page and connect to the WhatsApp group you belong to. Group members do not need to download the APP, open the web page anytime and anywhere, and vote for the event, location, date and time that suits you. The whole voting process is anonymous, and participants can express their opinions as much as they want. - Final decision on event content After the voting for the event ends, the system will display the current voter turnout for the event options, providing a more democratic and effective reference.
