When designing this app they should have verified that it was easy to use by someone who wasn’t familiar with it.

The fact that this company is still in business is beyond me because they have the absolute worst app, which rarely works and they are super expensive. Someone please put them out of business so that no one has to deal with these swindlers anymore. Garbage support and garbage hardware.TimothyGarrett

It’s pretty simple to use, just need to scan the QR Code, payment methods pop up. Used the charging code before and the Visa method.
