I have more than one accounts registered with the same mobile number. When I login I am shown just one of the many accounts registered with the same mobile number, with no obvious way to switch to other accounts.aidnani

Please make the app user friendly without so much advertisement of products and the most important thing is please make this app working properly.

Worst Banking Application
Really it’s disappointed application becos previous UPI doesn’t work, fund transfer search box doesn’t allow to type anything, all my existing FD disappeared while vyom migrated from previous union apps …and so on…SweetRoma

One of the worst banking app
This is one of the worst banking app ever. Firstly, after the update it forced for doing KYC with branch again. After that, it keeps on failing with network connectivity issues all the times. Even the feedback can’t be submitted from the app as even that is not working. Not sure if any effort is made in doing user/ device testing before rolling out new version updates.Show lessakv86.in
Cannot set UPI pin
Worst app and worst customer service. Trying since one week, not able to set UPI pin, every time I call customer care they tell some new process and they are not patient enough to resolve the issue for the customer.IamAby

Why is the app assuming some random number when to trying setup, I am unable to edit that number and when I touch anywhere on the screen the message automatically is being sent to that incorrect number and says number is not registered.Raj558
