I LOVE THIS APP
It has absolutely everything! Meal plans with detailed recipes and shopping list; videos of nearly the exercises and where there’s no video there’s a detailed description; a great reading list and excellent support who has answered all my questions within 24h even though I live in USA. The only thing that could improve it is if Ulisses himself came with it!💪🏾🙌🏾

Works flawlessly
The app is fantastic. I’ve experienced no glitches or errors. Everything is neat and on order. Every exercise and workout is shown with a video. Very easy to follow along with. I’m impressed.
