Poor maintenance
The bike I rented was flagged for requiring maintenance before it was rented but this was not known to me when I rented it. I was not able to “lock the bike” to return it and the lock latch was jammed. I spent 1 hour trying to lock it and calling the service center only to receive an email saying it was still being rented and I was being charged 24 hours later. In the end they still charged me the full 6 hour rental fee even though I rode the bike 30 minutes. Would NOT use this company again until some changes are made to their software.Fun and Convenient for a one time trip
Fun and Convenient since it was right next to my hotel, bike was kind of hard to steer and the gears were okay.They are a long way from calling this bike sharing
I wouldn’t suggest using this service app. The app itself works good. However operations on the ground are complete nightmare. Unlike some bike sharing programs for example in Singapore, here you have to return the bike to one of their stations. Ultimately this is ok except they don’t have enough of them. The problem doesn’t end there. Even if you are lucky to have one around you it you might not be able to return your bike because they only have 2 or 3 stands. In other words if you need to return your bike say closer to your hotel you may be 12 kilometers from a stand that has available spots which defeats the purpose of the whole idea.
