    When trying to remove the app after using the free trial it pops up with the purchases option and if you click one by accident then click the home button it will read your finger print and purchase it. I got charge 60$ for this stupid app that I have only used once and will never use again. Refund requested immediately and got rejected, requested for another refund and got rejected. Once you’ve requested twice and got rejected there is nothing to do. So now I’m down 60$ and have a 6 months subscription with this stupid app that I don’t want. I’m gonna stop using Apple products and especially never use this app with how things were handled. SCAM STEALS YOUR MONEY

    Greetings! Please note that a Premium subscription doesn’t start on its own. If you had a free trial and didn’t cancel it on time, it will be upgraded to Premium automatically. The subscription remains active if you delete the application. We are sorry for this inconvenience, however, the subscription is to be canceled by users manually. You can always cancel it through your device Settings - Apple ID - Subscriptions - Manage. Also, you can check and manage your subscriptions via this URL: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039 (follow the instructions on the page). The only way to get a subscription is to tap on the Subscription button on the subscription screen and approve it. Subscription screen doesn't appear while deleting the app. Please send us an email to contact@neosus.net and we would be glad to assist you with any difficulties you have.
  • Can’t get a refund

    Somehow this was bought for 6 months at $70.00
    I don’t own a business I don’t have the app but cannot get a refund.
    I literally was charged for this 2 days ago and reported it immediately.
    Not sure why I wld sign up for 6 months. They won’t even let me switch to a shorter plan. I don’t want this.

When you subscribe to our app, the billing is handled by Apple iTunes. Because of this, you will have to contact iTunes Support directly in order to get a refund. It is important to remember that you are charged for your subscription by Apple, not by Us, and this is the reason the refund must go through iTunes Support.     Maybe mention you have to pay up the wazoo the second you open the app. You fail at providing a solid service and should be put out of business and all employees rendered “unemployable” for the foreseeable future. An office full of monkey losers, who would’ve guessed?!

    App is sucked. I was able to make one call, after that keep saying no network connection. And there is no where to request cacelation....

    This is a terrible app. Don’t download it. I don’t want there subscription and it just took my money. I try emailing them and the email address doesn’t work. If my pending goes through, I will sue because I never wanted this app to take my money

    Hello! Please note that subscription functionality is designed by Apple and works the same for all applications. If you want to cancel it, you can simply do it from the iOS settings or by clicking the link in the email you receive prior to subscription renewal.
