Love the app, tried a couple of variations to keep track of what a friend and I owe each other and found this to be far the best.

One gripe I do have is why are there no notifications? I have a shared group and would like to know when they’ve added or updated something. Would be happy to pay more for the Pro version if notifications were included.

Thanks! Indeed we don't currently have notifications. Our internal analytics shows that there are too few people who use the app together with friends. So we decided to concentrate on features that will be useful for a wider number of people. But notifications are on our roadmap and we'll release them in the next couple of months.

Loved it

Super way to organise bills and splitting with friends. I would like an option to add photo or doc to bill for reference might be better. Still really liked the app and its features.

Thank you! No, we don’t have an API. It’s because we need to calculate everything on device to provide offline work. We use our servers only as a cloud storage for backup and synchronization.

Well designed and great idea but useless for me

I really like the idea and how the app is designed for use, however I was not able to find it good for my needs. We often travel with other couples and spread the cost between the families, however every member can pay, so when selecting who pays - I was able to select the payer but when selecting for whom I need to select individuals, which is annoying, as I prefer to select the family.

Thank you for detailed feedback! We have been thinking about 'shared wallet' feature for a long time already. And we still have unresolved questions before we will release it. For example: sometimes one person pays for only one person in a couple. So we should preserve the ability to select a single person from a couple. By the way, did you notice a 'Select all' button in the top right corner? It should help almost all the time :)

The app is designed beautifully and works smoothly. The intuitive number pad allows for easy calculations. However, my one gripe is the inability to input specific items on a bill ie; menu items, taxes, fees, tips etc. This would make it easier to divide restaurant bills, by associating a person, with different meals and have it automatically account for taxes and tips that were imputed. This alone would make the purchase for PRO worth it. Lot’s of alternate splitting apps with this function. But none of them are as simple, minimal and well designed. Seriously, great work.

Thank you so much! We’re really happy seeing that you enjoy our app. Indeed, ease of use and clean look were our main goals. Talking about new features: we have quite comprehensive roadmap with tips and taxes included. But we’re not sure whether inputting every menu item would be convenient. Stay tuned for future updates. UPDATE: we added 'tips & fees' feature. We hope you'll love it :)

Currently no, but notifications are definitely on our roadmap. Our analytics shows that currently there are too few people who are using the app with their friends so I think we will add ‘custom categories’ feature before adding notifications. This way we can maximize the value for people :)
