App does not work

When I install and try to register the app shutdown and this is after paying for the software token. Waste of money.

App crash

Despite waiting for weeks without getting a single response from you guys, i was able to get the details for token reactivation and guess what? The app keeps disappearing everytime i try it.! I use an iphone 12promax.!

Not working on my 14pro

I finally got the reactivation details after 1month+ of sending mails. Now it’s still not working on my iPhone 14pro.

Zero rating

Token reactivation on my new iPhone 14 is a total catastrophe. Nothing has been able to be resolved for over 4 weeks now. They say uninstall and reinstall. Have done this several times with all of the reactivation codes sent by the bank, still the App keeps on disappearing each time “activate” is clicked. So messed up. All of my transaction negatively affected. ZERO RATING FOR THIS BANK!

Is there anyone using this application on iPhone 14pro ? Cos not working on mine after inputting the expected in fields (For Existing user) once I click activate it closes the application

Failed bank failed costumer service failed token

Is there a zero star? That what my review will definitely be , first thing first when I step my foot in Nigeria my first to do thing is to CLOSE every business I have with Failed CMB all the do it keep charging unnecessary money common solve token problem they can’t lord have mercy

Just a waste of phone space

App crashes when you try to activate token. FCMB should just give customers hardware token, it’s more reliable. The bank just wants to save cost on hardware at the expense of her customers.
