Read Daily helps you easily create a Bible reading plan that suites your needs. You can read chronologically, in book by book order, only certain books, or even enter your own list of passages. Choose the days of the week you wish to read on and how many chapters you'd like to read each day. Optionally add in a chapter from the OT, NT, Psalms, or Proverbs each day. You can read the Bible text in the app, or passages can open in the YouVersion Bible app or NET Bible app. There's also a night mode, and you can configure notifications to remind you to read for the day.

Settings don’t translate

I entered several different settings to create and plan and went to review it but it was never what i asked for. I asked for one chapter per day of new testament and got one new testament and one old. I asked for one old testament and one new testament and got one proverbs one new testament and one old. Not happy. Great idea but needs a lot of work. It would be great to get more customizable settings. You could find any one of these settings for plans for free.

Hello! I’m sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with the app. I believe you selected a New Testament chapter in the bottom section which is for adding to whatever plan was selected at the top. So, if you toggle on New Testament, this is in addition to the one chapter in the plan previously selected (so two chapters total). If you just want one NT chapter a day, under plan select Custom Books and then select the NT books. I hope this helps!
