Amazing pregnancy, birth & beyond course :)
As a midwife I can highly recommend the quality of this course and as a first time mum… my partner and I just loved it!

App functionality needs uplift
The course is good with useful tips - although not all of it will be relevant to most people (e.g no wheat or sugar in diet). The app functionality really tainted the experience for me however. Constantly logs you out and several times didn’t recognise me as a paid member. It also doesn’t properly mark off when modules are complete and no ability to do so manually.

She Births had such a positive effect on my birth. I was determined to have a natural birth in the hospital system here in Queensland, Australia and She Births truly made that happen. I took the online course and I followed each piece of advice and activity carefully as I believe you will gain as much from a program as the effort you put in.
It took me about a month, watching and sometimes rewatching the videos for about an hour a day. Nadine is wonderfully down to earth and knowledgeable about every aspect of birth. She is also very easy to listen to and learn from.
The program armed my husband with the tools and knowledge he needed to be with me every step of the way, giving him the confidence he didn’t think was possible. We printed and used the birth preferences sheet and the hospital understood it clearly.
I will be refreshing the content before my next birth!

Great course. What’s the app for?
Loved the self paced SheBirth course! Nadine is amazing! Not sure what the app is for though, it just links out to a bunch of webpages.
