I’m updating my review from 3 stars to 1 star as they continue to have the same issues for far too long. The app is functional and makes shopping easy, but the company itself is not worth the download. Jenny Boston used to be a great boutique with quick shipping, but it’s gone down hill. Now shipping takes 6 weeks or more. And they only refund you if you ask for one. Otherwise you’re left in limbo. They said they’re having warehouse issues and are committed to resolving them, but it’s been a couple of years and nothing has changed so I stopped shopping with them. Slowest shipping I’ve ever seen from a US company, yet they continue to have live shows everyday selling clothes and taking people’s money. They should really take a pause and sort out their shipping issues first. At this point, I’m surprised they’re still allowed to operate.
