MISLEADING!!!
Subscribed for a FREE trial and was immediately charged for a week. Never used the app, and when I realized I was charged, contacted support, and was denied a refund. Twice. How was I supposed to know that this was the same crappy app I wasn’t impressed with a year ago off the top of my head?? Had I realized that, I wouldn’t have downloaded it in the first place, and definitely wouldn’t have paid for it. I would like a refund, even though this charge overdrew my account, which then left to a late bill, so not only did I just get charged for something I would have never have paid for in the first place, I also paid my bank and utility company for it, too.

Doesn’t work
Just downloaded app and subscribed
When I hit the phone icon instead of taking me to the call screen on my iPhone 15. It comes up with a number to call. Asked in US?tucbox
It doesn’t work in UK (refund me please or reply to my mail please)
I paid for my yearly subscription and when i call someone it doesn’t allow me to record the call I still don’t know the help line number. Can i get my refund please I’m not using this app anymore.iamuzi
All is not what it seems
This might be a good app but it is not as described. The advertising video suggests you just press a button on your call screen and you are recording. That is not the case. You have you exit the call screen, start the record app, come back to the call screen and link the call. For me in the UK it was then connecting to a USA number. Doesn’t function
I paid for a year subscription and downloaded the app when I hit record only their help number comes up. The Help number gives an error message that this number cannot be reached. Don’t waste your money. This is a fraudulent app. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company and Apple Pay for fraud.Show lessVegetarian 57
Not working
Hi I’m using this app in UK .I have downloaded and bought the yearly subscription, I tried to record calls but it’s not working . Can someone help me !Ahmed .W
Works sometimes, or stops within 30 seconds
Paying customer since May 10-July 9. Tried multiple times to find an email address or contact form to reach developer/support, they offer guides/FAQ's, but no support. I gave up and finally ended my subscription through the App Store. Within a minute iCall sent a push notification asking for feedback. Sad cloud screen, three buttons, they do nothing. I screen recorded my experience. The times it didn't prematurely end recording within 30secs, it worked great, even transcriptions. Before I caught on to what was happening, I lost out on important recordings. Then I learned to watch my push notifications, watch for the call participant dropping off. Have backup plans, and even subscribe to competitor apps. At this point I've wasted too much money on this app.
If the developer wants to help figure out why this this is occurring, and offers free premium for my wasted time/effort/money, cool, I'll give it another chance. Otherwise you've lost a customer for life.
For everyone else, have a backup plan. Pay attention to those cues that the call is no longer recording. You'll have flawless experiences but other times you'll have complete letdowns. Developer needs to care more and offer methods to contact support. For the weekly price of this subscription, what a disappointment.Show lessVictor.Lugo
Don’t waste your money
Can only assume this is a con. Paid for the discounted rate 90% off. Installed it and there is no way of recording calls, it doesn’t let me add a call or merge as those buttons aren’t an option in my iPhone. Disappointed in ICall Recorder
Please, Icall recorder. Please reply back to your customers. I have loved this app for the last year. It has been great yesterday. For some reason all of my recordings disappeared. All of my calls that I have made in the last year are gone. What is going on? I don’t want to delete the app and then restore it because I don’t know if that means that my stuff will definitely be gone
Is anyone else having these problems anyone else know how to fix these problems this is ridiculous. If it ain’t broke, Don’t fix it
I fell in love with this app about three months ago. Here recently over the last two weeks there have been so many glitches. I performed the update. I purchased a year subscription for all of the features, and now I am unable to download the recordings a simple 12 minute recording I am unable to record as the recording stops 22 seconds into the call. Or 5 seconds into the call. I’ve gone through and deleted several work conversations as an attempt to fix the issue. I don’t believe that I should have these type of issues for an app that I’ve had to purchase a subscription. There should at least be a support number. However, I still need these recordings for my records. This new update that you have provided us has caused problems with the app. One of these phone calls is a personal phone call, in which, my husband sang a song for me and I would love to listen to it again please contact me so that I can have access to these recordingsShow lessGeorgelynne
