The mobile app has been redesigned to be easier to learn, simpler to navigate and quicker to use. Interaction with floor plans has been completely rethought to function better in mobile context. – New users are guided to choose their default building and floor so that the app can show them by default – The Buildings view opens directly to show the floor plan of the user’s default floor, enabling quick access to most commonly needed facility information – We removed two taps from selecting a floor plan in another building, making it much easier and faster – The information shown on the floor plan can be filtered by date, by start and end time, or by type of resource – Resources, such as workstations and meeting spaces, can be booked faster by choosing the start and end time from the resource’s calendar – Available bookable resources are now always shown as green dots, making them more visible on the floor plan – The floor plan can be kept visible when viewing the resource’s information, which helps the user to be aware what they are choosing – Information about the floor plan resources can be dismissed simply by dragging the panel down – The app can be used more easily with one hand – The app now supports booking parking spaces – Meeting spaces can now be booked for future days
