Functions are not working
I really like the functions added to ease patient interaction with health information and providers. However, at the moment I am unable to access the digital card. I have tried for several days now. The provider is not able to see my deductible from the certification that the app generates.VenusGAO

Unable to see my lab results, as an alternative in the dashboard.
I have just received an invoice to pay a deductible from past laboratories.
I need online information, not a lot of correspondence, I can die with all MCS correspondence covering my body.Zyttzy

Labs results not updated frequently so the last one is not here at time needed.
Special Coverage is not here for most reliable attention to crucial medical issues.

Great Medical Plan, but the app
To get the app running was great. After that a nightmare. You can’t print a certification letter or see your card without getting error messages. One of my kids was missing being listed as a covered patient. Had to go to MCS to get physical cards. As I said, amazing health plan, but the app is horribleShow lessjarm001
Ath balance
The te paga card balance should also be in this app since it doesn’t show and there is no way of knowing unless you use the banks atm machineJr 1963
