Very poor enrolment solution for card holders
The app as such is nice with information on what’s happening at the zoo. The purpose with the app is to digitise card holders entry cards. This solution is overly complicated and implemented with very bad UX and CX.
This should really be redesigned and could easily become far more user friendly
