Copilot App doesn’t work anymore
iPad and router have already been replaced and proven functional. Board firmware is version 1.13.9 iOS version is 17.5.1 on a iPad 10th generation. App stopped connecting within the last month. Hoping it is repaired soon. It was great until then.
Crashes getting data.
App is useless now. Unfortunately no response this far from developer. If a specific wing firmware is required that should have been noted.

Please fix the app, it’s stopped working after the update. It won’t connect to the mixer anymore.

Does this new version require a newer firmware update of the Wing itself.
Connection problems
After a couple of years of flawless operation the app is again failing to make connection when using an iPad running the current OS 17.1.

Please hire someone else to manage your app for the Wing. We depend on it working every week.

Update 1.14 won’t connect app to board
Just updated to the latest update, app will no longer connect to Mixer. Would always connect and work until this latest update. Both iPads that updated don’t work, but the one iPad that did not yet update the app still connects to the board.
Please fix bug before this weekend, we are avid users of the app.

Needs Improvement
Running latest update on iOS 17.3.1
Battery level doesn’t work.
Would like the app to open up in Front of House instead of Routing Setup.
Would like to see my User Layers in the app.
Would like the EQ, Gate, and Compressor to be bigger. There’s so much unused real estate when editing those. Honestly, just copying the look of the Overview from the console when selecting a channel and selecting components from would be ideal for me.
Also having to unlock Bus Sends when under Personal Monitoring is silly. Either do away with that or at least give us the option to disable it. And make the buttons bigger.
