AMAZING WORKOUT APP!!
I have been using this app for 4 months now and I absolutely love it! I have always struggled with consistency when it comes to working out, but this app makes it so convenient to get quick, effective workouts in! Now I’ve been regularly working out 3-4x a week with the home workouts in this app and I’ve gotten so much stronger and am seeing definition in my muscles. Not only are Meg’s workouts fun and effective, but she is always so positive and fills you with messages of encouragement and light. She’s not that workout trainer focused on getting you a “bikini body”, but she helps you focus on your ENTIRE health— physical, mental, and emotional. I feel like she’s one of my friends and I get to work out with her every morning in my living room! LOVE LOVE LOVE her and these great workouts. It was the best investment for myself I could have ever made.

Fantastic at home workouts
I’ve been doing Meg’s workouts for over a year and they were just what I was looking for. I want to work out at home with hand weights and body weight for about 30 minutes a day. She has so much variety in her workouts. I tell everyone I know to try these because they are so effective. She is a great trainer-I love how she says when she is tired but encourages me to keep going. She is like a friend who motivates me to work harder than I would on my own. Love it! If you are wary about going to the gym or just want to have a solid home workout, this is for you. You have a library of six workouts at a time so you can easily repeat multiple times a week and not get tired of it.

Just what I wanted!
For the last four years I have been running 4-5x a week. Fast paced, challenging running with an average of 25+ miles a week. But after getting pregnant, I knew that I couldn’t continue running with my group because I wouldn’t be able to keep up. I had been following Meg for almost a year and occasionally doing the workouts she shared on IG. With her January sale I decided to give her app a try. I am so glad I did! The workouts are challenging in a different way from running, but I am still able to get my heart rate up. I’m so happy to be building muscle while still taking care of my heart. I love that I have a quick 30-45 minute workout I can do from home when it works with both my morning sickness and busy schedule. Meg is always kind, uplifting and motivating—she feels like my newest BFF.

Amazing
Honestly I can’t say enough good about this app and about Meg. For some reason it’s kind of hard to sum up in words...but she is such an incredible person, just as a person, but also is so knowledgeable in health and fitness. She is so motivating and such a positive light in my day! Even my kids love her!😂. I have done lots of different workout videos and at home work out programs and so it’s just funny that my kids will say “mom I like meg she’s so nice!” Ha ha when they don’t even know her personally. But they can feel of her positivity and incredible out look on life. Her workouts are so so awesome and I have felt so great this last month that I have been following her workouts. I I would recommend this app to everyone!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Love this app!
I cannot say enough good things about Meg and this momstrongmove app. I have never been very consistent with exercise. I’ve seen it as punishment, something I didn’t have time for. Other programs talk about getting skinny, losing that baby weight, fitting into that swimsuit or those jeans. That didn’t sit right with me because it has to be about something with more substance than that, right? This app takes away all of my excuses. Meg encouraged me to show up for myself. To exercise to get stronger each week and as a way to show gratitude for this body that has carried me through life. I can make time to workout from the comfort of my own home on my own schedule. Thank you so much for this brilliant program and for shining your amazing light Meg!

Momstrong app
As someone who is self-motivated and already worked out a lot, I didn’t know if this app would be helpful to me. I was looking for a little shake up and variety so I decided to try it. I go to the gym every day, but I utilize both the gym and at home workouts. And even though I’ve worked out for 20 years, I really enjoy Meg’s creativity she brings to her workouts. It is so nice to try new things!!
I have to say between Meg’s Instagram page and app she brings so much value to me. From hard, sweaty, creative & challenging workouts...to a soft, vulnerable, approachable, genuine side where she practices the self-love and self-care she preaches and genuinely wants the best for those she helps. LOVE this app!
In the past, my exercise has been at least 95% cardio. This past year, I have started having the beginnings of some bone issues. Along with this, I am pushing 40 and have just wanted to firm up. I am a mom of 4 with a crazy schedule and a tight budget, so a gym membership isn’t a reality at the present time. I debated for a few months and then decided to try Meg’s app. I mean, $15 for 4 new workouts every week?! (Plus you get to access 8 previous workouts!) She gives so much time and effort to her app and the momstrong community she has started. She is so full of positivity and promotes individual goals and achievements. And it is more than just exercise, Meg is all about holistic health and being grateful for all that is you.
The workouts are so varied, challenging and worth the time and effort. I felt so much stronger after just a few weeks. Now, a few months later, I feel healthier and have more confidence in who I am and all that I have achieved. Thanks, Meg!

Meg has made the life of a nursing student so joyful through her workouts!
I asked my husband for Meg’s app for my birthday last June because I already had a gym membership but I wanted her as my personal trainer! I have nothing but goodness to share about her app. As a nursing student I would never make the time to go to the gym after a 12 hour shift or clinical but now I can workout in just 30 minutes in my tiny apartment! I love Meg’s motto to move so your body feels loved, not to move to love your body! She is all about working out to stay healthy and happy, not to look a certain way. I’ve tried a lot of different workout strategies and she is the first one who has made me feel STRONG and EMPOWERING while sweating in my living room. Her workouts are challenging but just enough to fit into my morning routine. She has honestly changed the way I look at exercise. It is no longer a chore but something I look forward to doing in the morning!

Super Satisfied User!
For almost 4 years I’ve been working out in my basement streaming on-demand programs. I decided to cancel that (nervously) and give Momstrong a try after following her on Instagram for a couple years. I’m now a month + into my (@ home only plan) subscription & I’m really loving it! I love how down to earth Meg is as a trainer. She loves and appreciates her body and encourages us to do the same... to be grateful for our bodies, not take working out for granted, fuel it properly, and be positive about where we are in our individual journeys. It’s nice to feel like a trainer isn’t in the industry just for a killer body to show off (although she definitely has that)! The app is simple to use. The workouts are great, lots of variety in different moves each week so you don’t get bored and I love that there are always new workouts dropping in to the app! The length of each workout is perfect for anyone with a busy lifestyle (30-40 minutes) & I love that not a lot of equipment is required! I think this fact makes it less intimidating for someone just starting out with workouts, but is great even for someone further along in their fitness journey to continue on and challenge themselves! It’s easy to add more weight to make it more challenging if needed. I’m excited to keep using the app as it’s so convenient to do from the comfort of my own home!
