Great little app, gets the job done. The photos do not download anymore. Apparently a fix is coming, but has been coming for a long time now.

Hi! Thank you for your review! The app is available in English, just ask your organization to activate it, and then you can switch to English in the settings of the OuderApp. Alex - Team Konnect
Great potential but poor technical performance
Really hope this review triggers developers to work on technical reliability and stability. As a proud parent I love the functionality of staying in touch while the kids are at nursery, but more often than not my wife and I find ourselves frustrated as the app won’t let us in (on different devices)....

Functional, but user experience could be improved with a few extra touches. Particularly relating to how photos are shared.

Never had a problem with the Ouder portal app, does the job nicely! Always enjoyable and reassuring to see pictures of the day. 👍
