RUClosed provides a clean, easy-to-use, interface that allows users to track closings nationwide. Whether it’s your school, work, or church, this nifty little app provides the flexibility to see cancellations of all types in cities across the United States. Why waste your time on other snow day closing apps that simply give a best-guess prediction when RUClosed can tell you with near 100% certainty if your place is closed. RUClosed also provides contact information, such as phone numbers and web sites for quick and easy verification of the closing details. Users can favorite cities and specific places and RUClosed provides them with real-time updates as well as the ability to share closings with their friends. The database of closings also allows users to easily see how many times places have been closed going back to January 2018. Whether it’s stormy weather, burst water pipes or a last-second change in schedule, if there is a closing, RUClosed will know about it. Recently added: Push Notifications messages for closings of your Favorite Cities and Favorite Places. Just enable Notifications when the App prompts you or in the App Settings and you will receive a message when a closing status changes. No email address or phone numbers are required for this new feature.
