Does the job
There are one or two small problems with this app—"Open in" doesn't seem to work (or it didn't for me: I had to go manually through the Files app) and in dark mode the text cursor is difficult to see. But I suddenly found myself needing to edit a couple of xliff files for an urgent deadline on my phone, and this app was a lifesaver
